GET TO KNOW KRISTI

Kristi Risk has dedicated herself to supporting conservative candidates at the local and state levels in Indiana, despite not being a career politician herself. After much reflection and encouragement from constituents statewide, Kristi felt compelled to run for Congress, believing she could be a strong, fearless fighter for the 8th district in Washington. Currently chairwoman of the Owen County Republican Party, Kristi also owns Pink House Sweets, a family chocolate manufacturing company whose products have been featured on TV and are expanding internationally.

Deeply devoted to her community, Kristi has volunteered extensively with local youth organizations like 4-H and church youth groups, providing guidance and support to the next generation. Her faith inspires her service, having counseled many through faith-based programs. Kristi has supported local conservative causes, as the former director for the pregnancy resource center and serving on her church board. She helped establish a local chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation, working to raise conservation awareness among students through the JAKES program. Kristi is an avid outdoorswoman, and has worked alongside her husband to offer hunter education and support programs assisting veterans and children. She enjoys shooting trap and target practicing with her boys. Kristi's lifelong commitment to community service, youth development, and conservative values make her an ideal candidate for public office.

Kristi holds deep Christian beliefs and feels strongly that we must vigorously defend the freedoms upon which our nation was founded. She is determined not to let liberal ideologies, which she believes could deprive future generations of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, retain control of our country.

Kristi lives with her husband David in Spencer, Indiana. They have been married for 31 years and live on 37 acres of woodland, where Kristi enjoys the quiet outdoors. Kristi and David have four children: Kelsie, D.J., Dillon, and Devin. Dillon and Devin recently enlisted in the Army - Dillon as a weapon locating radar operator, and Devin as a combat medic. Kristi is proud of raising her four kids, and is now a doting grandmother to her granddaughter, Kalie Joy. In her free time, Kristi enjoys riding Harley Davidsons across the country with her husband after recently getting her motorcycle endorsement. She considers raising her children to be her greatest life accomplishment.

Kristi's granddaughter, Kalie Joy, is truly

the joy of her life.

David and Kristi love being G'pa and G'ma

to 4-yr old Kalie.

After receiving numerous requests to run for office from constituents in the 8th district and across the state, Kristi determined

to run for Congress, motivated by a desire to generate positive improvements in Washington.

During a time of widespread frustration in Congress, Kristi will be a light for truth.
